i was supposed to post this on 3rd December 2009 when my husband turned 32 . but at that time i didn't have any good idea (or time?) to write about. and again, we are not used to celebrate birthdays. this afternoon, he is in his parent's home and razki is sleeping beside me. i am alone and suddenly i remember him . these last three weeks, we experience our days as new parent. sleepless nights, enormous amount of cloth diapers, and razki's crying, screaming, and laughing are a few things we never faced before until now. it's not easy i must say, but it's not difficult - because of him. my husband is my number one supporter. he cleans razki's poops, washes razki's clothes, diapers, and bottles, and helps me breastfeed Razki by giving calming words. when i'm too tired, he tried to change razki's diaper by himself (walau salah-salah), he sings for Razki, cradle Razki in his hands all around the room just to make him sleep. and he never needs me to say th...

i know, i'm so bad at writing these days. kemarin-kemarin udah sempet kepikiran mau posting ultah ibu with a poem presented for her.. tapi tinggal niat.. because now i don't have time (really! seriously!) to even check my FB during office hours . berarti dulu-dulu sempet curi-curi? sering, hehehehe... well, i sacrifice it now.. anyway, now every day i arrive at home i instantly feel exhausted and all i want to do is to make coffee (not pure black coffee off course), turn on the TV and lay down. waiting for husband to come and massage my feet :) i am aware also that in the next few weeks, i will have more things to be sacrificed, especially my own time. the soon-to-be-baby is getting bigger, healthier and more active . it's 2.8 kg and i can't wait! now my husband is still outside, finding a goat to be sacrificed for tomorrow's Idul Adha . it's glad to know it's not only me who experience sacfrification hehehe... *maaf kambing, aku bercanda. semoga kamu tidak...

the baby is going to be on board soon, yay! :) ga cuma emaknya yang semangat menghitung minggu (tenang ta, masih minggu) tapi bapaknya juga semangat.. seperti yg terjadi akhir pekan kemarin.. oom jambul sibuk bersihin baby car seat :) ini dia aksi ayahnya baby R!

last week has been crazy for me. i had to write five chapters of my thesis in order to qualify for a final presentation of my thesis. at that time i had a BIG ZERO on my thesis writing. so i need to type it from the very beginning, the title page. five nights in a row i slept at 12 in the morning. type and type and type. i tried to sneak my thesis work during office hours but it was totally fail. my work load was as hectic as my thesis. i even have 4 meetings in a day! so u can forget about doing thesis in the office. but it paid off. my advisor said i can apply for a seminar this november (off course with a load of revisions waiting to be done) :) alhamdulillah... to me, it's a good progress. after 6 months of stagnation , at least i can see the big picture of my thesis hehehe... wish me luck teman-teman... let's see in a few weeks what i will deliver first: my thesis presentation or my baby :) special thanks : ** husband , for his endless patience especially facing my ignora...

hari ini 32 minggu.. sebentar lagi ya sayang.. kita bertemu.. ayah, ibu dan kamu.. :)

it's been more than three weeks since i write in my blog. i'm so not talented for multi tasking :) how are you sita? (or should i say "how is me? hihihi) if i can say.. life has been extra amazing surprise. last month, i thought i will be a (temporary) housewife and part-time consultant who works from home. today, i'm sitting in my own office room with beautiful scenery of trees around me. yes, i'm back to the office world . who knew? I was 7 months pregnant at the time they called me and offer the job. i fully realized my condition at that time and not expecting too much for a call. at that time my pray to Alla was if this job will bring good for my child then please ease the path for me to be accep ted. who wants to hire a soon-to-be mother that will leave the office for 3 months after only 1.5 months working?? but they did call me. i was accepted. what's best? they are fully aware with my pregnancy condition, and it's not a problem for them. they even h...

ncouraged by my dear friend, Oe , i tried to made this banana cream pudding *thanks Oe!* resepnya didapat dari Ninit yang dapat dari Slesta , hehehe.. dengan sedikit modifikasi tentunya, so here's the recipe :) Bahan-bahan: 1. pisang matang 2. 1 kaleng susu kental manis (saya pake cap Bendera) 3. 2-3 gelas air 4. vanilla pudding (saya pake merek Haan) 5. biskuit Marie Regal (Ninit pake Nilla Wafers, karena disini ga ada, saya pake yg ada di rumah aja) 6. heavy cream (karena ga punya juga, saya ganti dengan es krim vanila yg kebeneran nganggur di rumah, but i think it's better i f u have cream) Cara membuat (dikutip dari Ninit ): 1. campur susu kental manis + air aduk rata. 2. masukan vanilla pudding. campur. aduk rata (bisa juga menggunakan mixer). wrap. simpan di kulkas selam a 4 jam. 2. campur cream, gunakan mixer sampai cream sedikit mengental. 3. setelah 4 jam, campurkan cream dengan vanilla pudding. diamkan selama 4 jam 4. ambil sedikit vanilla pudding, lalu susun po...

here i post another flower in my garden. this is Jacaranda . i love the posture of the tree and flowers, it reminds me of Sakura trees in Japan .the flower is purple and it has some sort of fur inside. i think it blooms once in 3-4 months . and when it blooms, it feels like spring :) all the leaves fall leaving the color of purple fully decorating the trees. beautiful.. :)

yesterday, out of nowhere, i decided to make something with pasta. i like makaroni panggang, but since i don't have any makaroni, i change it with spaghetti,so you may call it spanggang alias spaghetti panggang :) same pasta hanya beda bentuk toh? hehe.. the recipe is very simple. i used to watch my mom making it so i don't know the exact measurement for the ingredients, i just let my feeling take the lead :) kurang lebih seperti ini resepnya teman-teman: 100-150 gr spaghetti (saya pakai La Fonte) 200-250 gr daging cincang 6 butir telur 2 gelas besar susu putih (bisa pake susu cair, tapi saya pake susu bubuk yg ada di rumah aja) 1/4 - 1/2 bawang bombay, cincang kasar bawang putih, cincang kasar keju parut mentega garam, merica, saos sambel sedikit cara membuat: 1. rebus spaghetti, campur dengan minyak sedikit dan garam, tiriskan 2. tumis daging cincang + bawang putih + bawang bombay.. hingga harum dan berubah warna di sini saya tambahkan sedikit kecap dan saos sambel untuk ras...

inspired by alaya's blog , where she likes to post beautiful pictures of what's in her garden.. i thought maybe i should do the same thing too :D i noticed this lovely red and pink flowers when i was accompanying my husband who is going to work to the front gate. i never saw it bloom before but i instantly love it. don't u love it also? hehehe... oya, anybody knows the name of the flower? please share it with me ya :) i'll post some other things in my garden regularly.. have a nice day!

minggu ini, our going-to-be-baby is 26 weeks already . ga kerasa :) # suami sengaja cuti menemani saya kontrol ke dokter pagi-pagi. sengaja pilih hari kerja dan pagi-pagi supaya ga banyak pasien dan masih segar. ternyata memang enak periksa pagi-pagi, dokternya pun meriksanya lebih lama :) # baby 26 minggu. sehat alhamdulillah. berat 942 gr (udah hampir sekilo! ) ukuran kepala dan badan proporsional. detak jantung normal. posisi di perut: santai abis . kaki sila dan tangan ke atas. kaya lagi berjemur di pantai ya nak, santai geboyyy... emang anak bapaknya nih # yang paling bikin terharu, pas lagi beres-beres rumah, saya menemukan dua buku kehamilan - hadiah dari suami. ternyata suami saya sudah membelikannya dari dulu, satu buku Hypnobirthing dari Lanny Kuswandi dan satu lagi buku Yoga Hamil Mba Udjie , pelaku yoga terkenal di Indonesia. it's another step in my life. two more days, and i will leave the place where i've worked for more than two years. it's pretty sad to reminisce all the sweet memories (now i'm being nostalgic).. but u can't leave a place without feeling sad especially when they have given you the opportunity to travel for free, hehe :) yes, i love travel. i've seen the beautiful light of Tokyo tower, the lovely historical pyramid of Museum du Louvre, and even the beautiful Bangkok girl who wears traditional Thai silk and playing traditional Thai music. i never really had the time to share my travel story one by one. but now, since i will have lots of spare time, i don't see why not. wait for the story guys :) and now.. it's time for me to step back for a while. wish you all the best. lets work hard, play hard, and.. pray hard.

Kemarin tiba-tiba saya tergelitik untuk sedikit romantis dengan suami. maklum sudah agak lama kami tenggelam dalam kesibukan masing-masing jadi kata-kata cinta sudah jarang muncul, hehehe... kebetulan saya berkunjung ke blognya Adhitya Mulya dan menemukan satu postingannya yang bercerita tentang istrinya, Ninit . Kira-kira isinya seperti ini: Adhit udah lama ga punya sepatu baru. Selama 3 tahun, dia cuma punya satu pasang sepatu yang solnya udah mau jebol. I always love Sophie Kinsella 's book. So when my father brought me Twenties Girl from Germany, I was so surprised and happy, I hugged him instantly :) It's the newest book published by her and I heard that it has been best seller in Europe. Now I will only need to collect the Undomestic Goddess and Can You Keep A Secret? yay!! Can't hardly wait to read it! :)

Dear baby, you look so cute yesterday when mommy looked at you from the USG screen. cium sayang ibu untuk kamu ya nak.. baik-baik di dalam, makan yang banyak yah sama-sama ibu ya :) alhamdulillah, calon anak kami sudah berumur 21 minggu . beratnya 475 gram (setengah kilo already!) dan posisi kepalanya sedang di atas. kata dokter karena pada usia ini bayi senang berputar. tulang pahanya sudah terlihat lebih jelas. dokter pun sudah mulai mencatat denyut jantungnya. dokter kami yang baik itu pun berkata, "Selamat ya Bu, Ibu sudah mencapai setengah perjalanan dan terlihat tetap sehat" . Kerjasama antara Johnson's Baby dan RSAB HArapan Kita . Saya mendapat info ini dari majalah Ayah Bunda. Call Center mereka: 0 800 1 52744 1 . Oya, telpon ini bebas pulsa khusus untuk yang menelepon dari telepon rumah, Telkomsel, Flexi dan XL . Layanan mereka terbuka dari Senin-Sabtu, jam 7 pagi sampai dengan jam 7 malam. Saya pun iseng menelepon dan ternyata tersambung dengan cepat. Pakar kesehatannya pun ramah sekali dan menjawab semua pertanyaan saya dengan jelas. Ga ada salahnya dicoba bila ada pertanyaan yang lupa ditanya ke dokter kandungan hehehe :)

s etelah sempat beristirahat dari dunia perkereta apian selama trimester pertama kehamilan, minggu lalu saya dan suami kembali bergabung dalam ROCKER (rombongan kereta) :) subhanallah memang kenikmatan hamil itu. rasanya setiap hari selalu ada keajaiban. salah satu keajaiban yang saya alami semasa hamil ini adalah kemudahan mendapatkan tempat duduk . saya katakan keajaiban karena jujur saja kereta api (di Jabotabek ini ya) bukanlah tempat untuk orang yang taat peraturan dan berharap orang lain taat peraturan dan punya hati nurani. meskipun anda perempuan, tua atau muda, jangan berharap laki-laki yang sedang duduk di depan anda dengan sukarela berdiri dan memberikan tempat duduknya untuk anda. jangan juga berharap orang-orang yang "mengampar" di lantai kereta akan bergeser memberikan ruangan yang cukup bagi anda untuk berdiri. itu salah satu contohnya. dan saya belajar banyak semenjak saya bekerja di Jakarta dan harus menggunakan kereta api. 1. watched KillShot. i think it's a serious and thrilling movie , although the tense is not too high. it tells a about an experienced hitman so during the movie u can watch many shooting scenes. dangerous for kids. i also notice that Richie Nix was roled by Joseph Gordon-Levitt , the actor who played in 10 Things I Hate About You. *masih dalam tema "jika saya punya rumah sendiri" * setelah mempunyai ruang keluarga impian , saya pun berangan-angan untuk mempunyai ruangan pakaian sendiri. yes, my own style of a closet. tentu latar belakangnya tak lain tak bukan adalah karena sebagai wanita rasanya mustahil untuk memiliki koleksi pakaian yang segitu-gitu aja misalnya... cuma punya 5 set baju (kalo memang ada, saya salut banget) hehehe... eits, tapi jangan salah, koleksi pakaian yang saya maksud itu mencakup semuanya loh, p akaian kantor, pakaian rumah, pakaian undangan (baca: gaun dan kebaya), , pakaian dalam, pakaian renang, penunjang pakaian (baca: sepatu, sendal, selop, tas besar, tas kecil, dompet besar, dompet kecil, aksesoris)... nah belum lagi kalo aksesoris ini dipecah menjadi bros, gelang, jilbab.. belum lagi jilbab dipecah lagi menjadi bergo, jilbab kecil, jilbab besar... hahaha... saya tidak begitu yakin satu lemari pakaian di kamar tidur saya bisa menampung semuanya :-P maka dari itu... agar...

i finally finished reading this book . a little bit out of my expectation since at first i thought the story will be like Traveler's Tale or sort. but i guess the author had his own taste of story telling. Ciao Italia takes u to Gama Harjono's one year adventure in Italia. along the journey, u will meet many italian words while he travels to various cities in Italia. some pictures are also provided for you to support ur imagination. i can't say i can easily read this book fast, since the words are sometimes stiff and formal, but in the other time it has too many uncommon slangs. probably because it's his first time to write a book in indonesian :) but overall, it's a nice book and u can picture the beauty of Italia from it. my favourite part: the journey to Venice

is to make kebaya and another kebaya... and another . oh well, we all have our (guilty) pleasure don't we? :)

i can't love this living room even more. it's from a couple's blog: John & Sherry . this is a picture of their living room and i instantly fall in love with it. it's simple, it's warm, and above all, it's filled with love :) if finally me and my husband can build a home, i'll definitely ask their permission to "steal" the idea :)

jumat malam kami bertemu dokter kandungan kami kembali. sebenarnya ada dua pilihan bertemu, jumat atau sabtu. tapi ternyata suami sudah tidak sabar melihat calon anak, jadilah kami setia menunggu pak dokter sambil menonton The Master Season 3. giliran kami pun dipanggil. waaa... banyak sekali informasi yang didapatkan. usia kandungan: 16 minggu our baby - sudah tambah besar! lucu banget... waktu di USG bayi kita sedang ngisep jempol dengan damainya sambil sesekali menendang perut saya. tendangan terindah bagi saya :) - beratnya 236 gram ! woow... untuk ukuran normal bayi Indonesia, bayi kami termasuk besar. untung dokternya meyakinkan bahwa bayi kita juga normal beratnya, mengingat dan melihat bapak dan ibunya yang badannya jangkung dan gede-gede ini hehehe... - jantungnya normal...detak jantungnya ada.. udah ada hati..ginjal.. satu persatu sang dokter memperlihatkan organ tubuh bayi kami. tangan kanan... tangan kiri.. kaki kanan.. kaki kiri.. alhamdulillah ya Allah, semua normal. - th...

my tummy (finally) looks bigger :D ayah, ayo waktunya foto ibu lagi :) no mual-mual and pusing-pusing at all, segar gumilar... alhamdulillah.. makan.. makan dan makan.. the no guilty pleasure hehehe... i miss my child even more... it has been more than one month since i saw our child in the USG screen. as usual, i'm worried because up to now i don't have any complaint about my pregnancy. *suami geleng-geleng kepala.. ga ada keluhan malah khawatir hehe* i'm worried... is he/she okay? are u still jumping inside there my baby? is mom's tummy warm enough for you? :) i dreamed about him/her last night. he/she is very cuuuteee... i know the gender in my dream, but i won't tell. not yet. i want to hear what the doctor said tomorrow. dear baby, see u tomorrow ya sayang...
