liburan hari pertama: menyenangkan sekaliii... walau kantor dekat dengan rumah, tetap rasanya berbeda kalau tahu hari itu kita gak perlu ke kantor. ga perlu pilih-pilih baju, ga perlu nyiapin bekal, ga perlu sesekali lihat jam. hehehe.. hari ini saya habiskan dengan berjalan-jalan bersama Arazki. tujuan pertama, tempat jahit langganan saya (OK, yang ini emang hasrat emaknya yang tak dapat dibendung hehe). rencananya mau jahit baju gamis sederhana untuk seragam nikahan teman (remember when i posted about kebaya and how many times this year i need to make uniforms? :)) well, ini salah satunya. dan seperti biasa, saya selalu deg-degan dan excited setiap kali membuat baju baru di si tante karena tante ini sangat enak diajak ngobrol. she always knows how to make me feel beautiful :) lalu..tujuan kedua, TUMBLE TOTS! haha.. memang masih terlalu dini bagi Razki bersekolah. saya cuma pengen tau aja seperti apa tempatnya. fasilitas TT cukup bagus mengingat biaya masuknya yang tidak begitu murah...

my life this past few weeks has been frantically exhausting but at the same time exhilarating. work runs like crazy. i don't want to look like a super busy person, but my project is just in its preliminary phase and all of us including my boss often needs to work over time and we can't even take our annual leave. when i checked mine it has summed up to 18 days leave! tenure training, questionnaire translation, budget monitoring, preparation for field work, field visit. it's all come in sequence with no space to relax. but thankfully, alhamdulillah, things are going well so far i can now step back for a while, take a deep breath and shut down my computer. hehe. at least for the next few days. it is time for a private and exclusive family time. yay!! furnishing the house is still moving on. today my husband gave me a pleasure to pick my own color choice for the inside wall. i chose catylac, type: paper lace. we'll see how it gets. excited!! ps: story of my travel to centr...

kalau di dunia Barat, "moving in" artinya kumpul kebo hehehe... itu loh pasangan yang belum suami istri tapi udah tinggal bersama dan melakukan aktivitas layaknya suami istri ;-) tapi bagi saya dan dia "moving in" berarti masuk ke rumah baru dalam arti sebenarnya hehehe :) well, kami belum bisa pindah. tapi bayangan bahwa kita akan pindah ke sebuah rumah baru is so exciting! ya, akhir pekan kami menjadi lebih berwarna. pergi ke toko bangunan, memilih warna cat (my favourite part!), menengok rumah, mulai mengatur kebutuhan tukang bangunan dan tukang jaga rumah dll. dari sini saya jadi tau ada bermacam-macam jenis cat dan merek-mereknya hehehe.. jadi tau cat mana yang sama tingkat murahnya dan bagusnya. terus jadi tau mana cat tembok, cat pagar, cat besi, cat anti air, cat kusen hehehe.. it was fun alhamdulillah :) alhamdulillah juga, proses pengecatan di dalam rumah sudah hampir selesai. target berikutnya adalah pagar. kemudian plafon-plafon pun perlu diganti triplek...

selamat 6 bulan sayang... Mommy and Daddy love you a lot. A whole lot. :)

it is only now when Friday comes, instead of saying "THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!" , I say "FRIDAY ALREADY??" yes, i am head over heels now. work are piling up, it makes weekend comes so fast. happy weekend all. try to NOT think about work okay :)

another reason why I can't complain about my office is, and this is also comes to my surprise, they provide free training each year! what kind of training? anything, you ask for it. when i came back to the office after my maternity leave, i saw an email which enlisted various kinds of trainings. i registered my name into some of the trainings and one of them is French Class. i like learning other people languages . i had joined japan and french class sometimes ago but since i never practice i am almost certain my japan & french vocabulary has successfully gone with the wind *duuut* :D and suddenly.. on Monday i received an invitation to join the French Class. for free! yay!!! i am so excited! and it turned out that my office is very serious with this french class. they asked some french language institutions in Jakarta to provide proposals and then they will select which one is the most approriate. in the end all students will receive a certificate. to add my excitement even ...
